Tooling
Our in-house tooling division specializes in the design, development, service, and maintenance of precision press tools and welding fixtures.
We are equipped to handle tools up to 800×800×400 mm, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability across various industrial applications.

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing capabilities cover a complete range of metal forming, machining, and fabrication processes, supported by skilled manpower and automated systems.
We can efficiently handle both prototype and mass production requirements.
- Shearing up to 12 mm sheet thickness
- Stamping & Forming of various profiles up to 160 Ton
- Laser Cutting up to 25 mm and Press Brake Forming up to 170 Ton
- Welding Operations: Projection, Spot, Manual CO₂, Robotic, and SPM Welding
- Machining Processes: Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Turning (Conventional and CNC)
- Fabrication of sheet metal and machined components
- Subcontract Machining support for volume scalability
- HMC/VMC Machining for precision engineering components
Surface Finish
We ensure superior corrosion protection and aesthetic appeal through a range of surface treatment and coating processes.
Our finishing capabilities meet industry standards for durability, adhesion, and appearance.
- Phosphating for enhanced paint adhesion and corrosion resistance
- Primer and Plating for improved surface protection
- Powder Coating and ED Coating (Electro Deposition) for uniform coverage and finish
- Heat Treatment for hardness, strength, and metallurgical stability

Quality assurance is an integral part of our operations. We maintain a rigorous QA/QC/QMS system supported by calibrated instruments and trained inspectors.
